1. Oldham Tenancy

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Oldham Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Oldham, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement.
